Obsidian Vow

Hindrances

• Wanted (Major): The Consortium of Applied Sciences has classified him as a rogue regulator; covert recovery teams track his movements across three continents.
• Quirk (Minor): Compulsively disassembles any unfamiliar device mid-conversation to inspect for bootleg Consortium serial codes.
• Suspicious (Minor): Cross-references every new contact against leaked Consortium personnel rosters before sharing any operational detail.

• Ranged Attack(11 PP)
  Damage: 4d6•Range: 12/24/48" (24/48/96 yd)•Duration: Instant•Activation: Focus d8
Trapping: Concentrated aetheric beam fired from wrist-mounted crystal focusing array
Modifiers: Armor Piercing: AP 2; Spread: Cone template; each damage die drops one step
• Negation(7 PP)
  Range: 6"/12 yd•Duration: Special•Activation: Focus d8
Focus vs target's Spirit (-2 with raise) to negate one power. Target re-rolls Spirit -2 each turn to shake off.
Trapping: Harmonic dissonance pulse that destabilises super-tech power matrices
  Modifiers: Strong; Area Effect
• Slow(3 PP)
  Range: 12"/24 yd•Duration: Instant•Activation: Focus d8
Halve target's Pace until end of its next turn (movement becomes an action with a raise)
Trapping: Localised temporal drag field projected from chest-mounted chronometer
  Modifiers: Additional Recipients
• Scan(5 PP)
  Range: Special•Duration: Permanent
Detect specific targets within range (Smarts x2)
Trapping: Rotating crystal prism array that maps energy signatures through walls
Modifiers: Distance; Tracker; Additional Power Type
• Heightened SensesLevel 2(4 PP)
  Range: Self•Duration: Permanent
Eagle Eyes: Read fine print up to a mile away; reduce Range penalties by 1. Infravision: See heat sources; halve darkness penalties against heat signatures. With Low Light Vision, ignore all illumination penalties.
Trapping: Monocle lens ground from aetheric crystal with infrared and telescopic overlays
  Modifiers: Eagle Eyes; Infravision
• ArmorLevel 3(5 PP)
  Range: Self•Duration: Permanent
  +6 Armor.
Trapping: Interlocking brass-and-titanium clockwork plates across torso and limbs
  Modifiers: Sealed
• AwarenessLevel 4(4 PP)
  Range: Self•Duration: Permanent
Ignore 4 points of attack penalties.
Trapping: Passive harmonic resonance field that vibrates through the harness at threat proximity
• Super Skill (Notice)Level 2(2 PP)
  Range: Self•Duration: Permanent
  +2 die steps.
Trapping: Calibrated multi-spectrum sensor suite integrated into the monocle housing
• ToughnessLevel 4(4 PP)
  Range: Self•Duration: Permanent
  +4 Toughness.
Trapping: Shock-dampening gyroscopic suspension layered beneath the harness plating
